How is it produced?
The Sangiovese (70%) remains in contact with the skins only for the duration of pressing: a delicate and precise selection that gives the wine its delicate, refined color and extraordinary finesse.
The Vernaccia di San Gimignano (30%), the most refined soul of the project, ages for a year in oak barrels and is enhanced by weekly bâtonnage, which gives depth, complexity, and a creamy, elegant texture.
